About Karen
I am a pedagogue, specializing in learning strategies and certification in art therapy. I started taking sexuality workshops taught by illustrious teachers in these subjects and during the journey I myself began to give talks and then courses. My goal is to help girls, adolescents and women to get closer to their body in a healthy way and to heal their relationship with themselves.

I have a sequential structure that begins with "knowing" until reaching critical judgment and autonomy, all steeped in art, mainly myths and exercises that help create a healthy relationship with oneself. They are online sessions, the first is an approach, then there is a session plan to progress according to our objectives.
