About Keith
I am a professional DJ with more than 25 years of experience shaped by New York’s DJ culture and Miami’s underground music scene. My career has included club performances, festivals, private events, international appearances across the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico, plus 16 Groove Cruise voyages over an 11 year span and major events during Miami Music Week.
Beyond performing, I have produced events, booked major artists, supported emerging talent, and launched Space Puppies as an artist development and events platform. Now expanding into original production through a four track release deal with Aliens on Mushrooms, I bring students a complete understanding of DJ technique, live performance, music culture, professionalism, and career development.

My lessons are designed to build complete DJs, not simply teach software or equipment controls. Students learn beatmatching, phrasing, EQ control, transitions, track selection, music preparation, set structure, crowd reading, energy management, and confident live performance.
Each lesson begins with your goals, experience level, musical style, and equipment. From there, we work through practical exercises, guided mixing, set development, and real performance situations. Lessons are available for complete beginners, developing DJs, and performers preparing for clubs, private events, festivals, or their first live booking.
What sets me apart is more than 25 years of actual DJ experience across clubs, festivals, private events, and international performances. I teach the technical skills, preparation, professionalism, and decision making required to perform successfully in front of a real audience.

The lesson rate includes personalized instruction, guided practice, and a plan built around your equipment, experience level, musical style, and goals. Students may learn on their own setup or use my equipment during in person lessons. Longer sessions and ongoing lesson packages can be arranged and negotiated as skills progress.
