About Sowmya
I have never worked with students, rather I was part of handling gentlemen's who have experience working for corporates and with candidate who are about to step in to the professional environment from past 6+yrs. I'm efficient in handling a team size of 50+ and I hold a good network of professionals who always approach me in regards to career choices. I look forward to widen my scope while working with students into personal development, behavior training and into career counselling.

I handle training in cooperates as part of my profession. Majority of my sessions includes personality development, communication skills, personal & interpersonal skills, influencing and leadership traits. My session would focus more on interactive mode which includes presentation followed by certain activities intact to the topic chosen or self assessment questionnaire(pre training/post training or which includes both).
