About Lizzie
I have 15 years' experience of teaching English as a second language. During this time, I've taught face-to-face, online, and worked with groups of students as well as individuals.
I teach general English as well as Business English and I always shape my teaching style to the needs and interests of my students.
My previous experience as a university teacher in theatre - and my work as a writer and actor - inspires my teaching approach, giving me expertise in pronunciation and voice work, confidence-building and an in-depth understanding of how language works.

I shape my lessons to your needs. I use text-based and audiovisual materials as well as theme-based conversational topics.
The typical lesson is 1 hour and I have a TEFL certificate as well as CertTESOL. I'm also educated to PhD level and have 15 years experience as a university lecturer and 15 years teaching English language.
I teach adults from Elementary to Advanced.
