Namaste! I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor with a Master's degree in Yoga and a passion for helping people improve their physical and mental well-being. I believe yoga is a way of life that promotes health, balance, and inner peace. I enjoy teaching students of all ages and experience levels through personalized online sessions.
