About Emily
My names Emily and I love all things to do with dance and fitness! I have been dancing for over 20 years and have a BA(hons) in professional dance from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. I also have 6 years teaching experience for a range of dance styles. Within my classes you can learn to master a new dance style , enjoy building confidence and discover new skills. Ballet is what most of my classes are based around as it allows you to learn the basics of dance whilst keeping fit at a calm relaxing pace. My classes will be based around you, so the pace and structure of a class can be planned around your specific interest! Most importantly within my classes I like to teach new skills whilst having fun!

My classes include Ballet, Jazz, Flexibility, Barre and Fitness! Within these classes I will cover dance technique, overall strength, fundamentals of the style and also how to look after your body when dancing! These classes can also be tailored to your specific choice, whether you want to focus on mastering a style, your flexibility, fitness or just to have some fun! Having a private tutor will mean that you can receive personalised comments and feedback to ensure that you are progressing and making the most of each lesson. Although group classes with friends are also welcome and can be fun!
