About Bhumit
I have a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a PhD in Social work with over 10 years of experience working as a Business Management Professor and & Learning Consultant . I have been learning Hindustani Classical since childhood. I have learned from renowned Gurus from Agra Gharana and cleared the ‘Madhyama Pratham’ exam conducted by a Government recognized music examination board. I have a remarkable command over the foundational nuances of Hindustani classical music along with an exceptional versatility in various forms of light music. I developed and delivered a course on ‘Music Appreciation’ to the undergraduate students of various streams at Navrachana University, Vadodara – India and it was immensely appreciated by students. I have the privilege of performing various forms of Indian music including semi classical, Devotional, Folk, Garba, Ghazal, Hindi film Music at many prestigious platforms and winning many awards. I created and presented Fusion music concert at prestigious Darpana Academy of Performing Arts at Ahmedabad – India in Nov’ 2012. The concert was greatly cherished by music connoisseurs.

I have expertise in assessing individual strengths and weaknesses of students and helping them carving their own musical journey. and I believe in capitalizing on students' strength, developing discipline in music while enjoying the process of being in flow of music. Being an accomplished management educator and researcher, I bring a unique blend of artistic creativity and the intellectual rigor of an academician. My versatility in various genres of Indian music helps me catering to the needs of students having diverse musical taste.
