About Salomon
I was born in Stockton, California, and attended elementary and secondary schools in Frenso, California. I was taught to read and speak Spanish as a child.
I obtained a bachelor's in political science from the University of California, Los Angels (UCLA), a Master of Public Administration (MPA), a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Ph.D. in policy analysis from the University of Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh, PA).
As a university professor, I have taught first-generation undergraduate and graduate students in criminal justice management and policy, nonprofit management, and public management and policy. In addition to teaching, I served as an academic advisor to undergraduate and graduate students.
I have published 25 academic articles in leading peer-reviewed journals which include Benefits and Compensation Review, Journal of Library Administration, Library & Information Science Research, Public Administration Review, Public Personnel Management, and the Reivew of Public Personnel Administration.
I also published 10 books. Eight (8) books have been published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing in the United Kingdom. A 9th book will be published in September by Cambridge Scholars Publishing.

I teach conversational English and Spanish courses to children and adults that simulate common conversations amongst two or more persons in an informal and relaxed method. A typical tutoring session starts with me asking general questions about events that occurred.
