I have 4 years of experience in practice. Yoga transformed my life and I love to accompany my clients in the transformation. I understand yoga as a tool to take care of ourselves, know ourselves and be better in the world. I was trained in India a couple of years ago. A wonderful and transformative experience.

Teaching yoga for me is something vocational. I am a teacher who gives importance to technique but above all to listening to the body and observing the mind. That is why I promote that listening during practice. I practice Ashtanga, Ashtanga has a reputation for being very demanding but I think it depends on where we practice from. Currently I am very interested in making it accessible to everyone, whatever their physical condition. You dare?
