About Angélica
I have been a teacher and translator for 6 years. I have worked at the Yázigi school and at the moment I teach private lessons and I am prof. in SENAC Idiomas. As a teacher my main highlights were the disinhibition in my students' speech, the freedom to write and speak without fear and also to turn grammar into something lighter at the time of teaching. I have passed through my hands around 100 students. Students traveling abroad have commented on their positive communication experiences, increasing their self-esteem and encouraging them to continue studying.

I am Teacher Angie or Ange, as many students call me. Graduated in Administration with Qualification in Foreign Trade, currently postgraduate course in Methodology of English Language Teaching. I have lived and worked in Canada and India. In my conversation classes I use Express Yourself 1-2 material and The Book of Questions that bring situations, texts and questions that instigate the student to express their opinion. I correct any mispronunciation and grammar that interferes with the message that the student wishes to pass, respecting its limits. I also work with Phonetics especially to learn and practice English language phonemes that we do not have in Brazilian Portuguese.
