'It is not the student who adapts to the Yôga, but the Yôga who adapts to the student.' I follow this philosophy to bring a personalized practice, focused on the practitioner's personal need. In practice we seek to experience the permanence of the asanas, bringing the inner perception and gradual evolution. Still adding more subtle techniques that develop internal energy, biological reinforcement, emotional management and self-knowledge.
