About Julie
I am a tenure track professor at a state university. Before becoming a professor, I was a graduate student and lab director at a university in the southern U.S. I have years of teaching under my belt and am constantly updating & improving my teaching skills. I also conduct research on the best teaching methods, often incorporating technology into my lessons. When we work on a lesson together online, I will always have an options to learn using devices with activities and short quizzes built in. I created an interactive ebook which I use in my classes which I designed to maximize the students interest level.

I am a professor at a University in the midwest United States. I teach courses in psychology: intro, infant, child, adolescent development, statistics (all levels), research methods & design. I have been awarded the University Teaching award in 2019. Also, the students nominated and chose me for the Faculty of the YearAward! I had really good instructors. I was terrified of statistics. Having a great instructor matters. I love teaching about research methods & can help with APA style and research design.
