About Iris
My journey in programming began with curiosity about how logic can be translated into functional digital systems. I completed a B.Sc in Computer Engineering, gaining a strong foundation in programming languages, algorithms, and structured problem-solving. Over the past 11 years, I have guided learners from beginners to advanced students, helping them develop clarity, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills through structured, patient instruction. I prioritize adaptability, clarity, and encouragement in teaching. I tailor explanations to each learner’s pace and thinking style, using visual models, pseudocode, and real-world analogies. I emphasize that mistakes are opportunities for growth and reinforce experimentation, fostering curiosity and resilience. Outside teaching, I continue exploring programming through projects, emerging technologies, and ongoing study. Teaching programming is immensely rewarding because I witness learners develop independence, confidence, and logical reasoning. Supporting their growth and helping them trust their abilities is the most fulfilling part of my work.

Programming becomes more engaging when learners are guided through structured reasoning, clear examples, and hands-on practice. My lessons focus on helping students understand algorithms, data structures, control structures, and program logic in a practical, applied context. I emphasize comprehension over memorization, encouraging students to experiment, explore, and learn from mistakes while gradually building coding confidence. Lessons are carefully paced to balance theory, practice, and problem-solving.
Lesson content is tailored to the student’s level. Beginners work on variables, loops, conditions, and simple program flow with interactive exercises. Intermediate learners develop function design, modular programming, debugging techniques, and code organization. Advanced learners explore object-oriented programming, algorithm development, and project-based coding challenges with structured guidance and feedback. Exercises are designed to reinforce understanding and strengthen practical problem-solving skills.
Programming lessons also cultivate patience, resilience, and analytical thinking. As learners see their code function correctly, they gain confidence in logical reasoning and independent problem-solving. My goal is to help students feel capable, motivated, and self-assured in their coding abilities.
