About Louisa
I am a professional music educator with over 20 years’ experience in music education, coaching, and performance. My background includes postgraduate music training and extensive industry practice across piano, vocal, and DJ coaching.
My teaching approach is progress-focused, systematic, and structured, supporting learners who find enjoyment from tangible progress. I work primarily with motivated learners who are seeking direction on effective practice strategies rather than open-ended trial and error.

I help you develop a connection with the piano by tailoring each session to your goals, strength, and learning style: physically, musically, and intellectually. The program is built around how you learn best and the music you genuinely want to play. Any song can be transcribed by ear and adapted to your level. Where traditional notation is part of your goals, I use a practical, modern approach that makes reading more accessible and immediately applicable.
Drawing on over 20 years of learning and coaching experience, my work centres on refining learning structures and systems. I provide clear, step-by-step guidance you can apply directly in your practice, helping you use your time more intentionally. I also integrate productivity and personal development principles to reduce trial and error, remove guesswork early, and sustain motivation.
Sessions are delivered online using a dual-camera setup, allowing me to guide your attention precisely in real time — whether that is a specific hand position, finger movement, or technical detail. When helpful, supporting materials can be shared on screen without disrupting the flow of the session. This creates a focused, seamless learning experience you can continue working with independently between sessions.
