Within 3 months i lost 13kg, over 2 stones with a strict diet plan and exercise routine which i did each day, its very simple and easy to do and follow, anyone can do it. I have seen massive results and so has around around me, so i know exactly what works to lose weight.

My teaching method is very direct and personal, i put the client at heart, trying to find out their capabilities, creating a plan of action and making sure they start slow and steady and then having an end goal on what they want to achieve. i can adapt the plan in many ways and situation for the client.
