About Albert
I have coached provincial level rugby. I have also been involved as a performance analyst with super rugby teams, international teams, Currie Cup teams and club level teams. I am very analytical and I'm always looking for "what's next" in rugby; this includes modern trends, new developments in bio-kinetics and human performance (sports psychology) as well as cross-code integration.

I focus on improving the microskills and increasing performance through an analytical approach.
What are microskills:
It is to break down a skill into smaller parts and components e.g. passing skill = wrist snap, elbow extension, hip movement, follow through, etc.
What is conditioning:
Conditioning, for us, consist of five different categories:
1. Fitness
2. Strength
3. Flexibility
4. Visual
5. Acceleration/speed
