Hi! My name is Lexi and I think reading is the first ingredient in the learning recipe. A confident reader is a strong learner, so it is important to practice these skills with support from an excellent educator. I love to make things fun and simple, to have a low-pressure environment.

I am a classroom teacher, with Master's qualifications from La Trobe University. I have experience teaching phonics to a classroom of diverse young learners in a Foundation level. I am comfortable teaching intervention-based literacy to ensure students can really slow down and focus on the gaps in their knowledge, to help catch up with their peers.
These types of support sessions are best suited to 30 to 45 minutes, but more intensive options at 60 minutes are also possible.
