I am Adirana Olmedo, a South American, and, like you, I emigrated to the United Kingdom 4 years ago and I know how difficult the adaptation is, especially if you live alone.
I have more than 15 years of experience in psychology but just like I was, I specifically help people who live outside their country and find it difficult to be happy in a new country.
