About RIA
I have over 2.5 years of work experience as a school counsellor in one of the most reputed schools of New Delhi/ South Delhi.
I have successfully worked with students having behavioural challenges; setting short/long term goals and planning interventions based on triggers.Conducted individual therapy using psychological theories and practices and formulated classroom material for life skill education, gender equality, against bullying & stereotypes, disability awareness etc. and development of interpersonal relationships.
