I have experience teaching for 5 years within the country and overseas, delivering English, Spanish, swimming and Yoga classes. I currently work as a consultant psychologist within a well being company. We offer workshops and digital intervention programs to schools.

I am offering classes in Yoga, swimming, English and Spanish. I have a great deal of experience working and travelling overseas so I like to incorporate stories and different cultural ideas to the lessons. Lessons will always contain movement and breath work, drawing on my Yoga teachings.
