About Genesis
I am a mental health consultant through the Riverside County Office of Education. I have a BA in Theological Studies with a minor in Health Science. Currently I am in my second year of graduate school pursing a MS in Counseling Psychology. I have volunteered teaching English for elementary and middle school age children as well as refugees in adulthood for two years.

My teaching methodology depends on the individuals style of learning (i.e visual). Based on the style of learning a lesson plan is devised tailored with the individual's current status involved (grade, age). I implement different modes of learning which vary on the lesson and focus on an area the student would like to work on. English is my second language so I am familiar with the process of learning English and therefore provide a kind and patient learning experience!
