I welcome all abilities, as I have experience with students aged 4-20 years old. Classes are mainly conversational, but I also help with grammar and spelling. I’m very happy to cater for my student’s needs, as well as proofreading and editing written English.
I can set tasks to complete between lessons as well. I belief regular practise can help with English ability, but I also set larger tasks or longer-term projects. The sessions themselves take place over 1-2 hours, depending on how much conversational practise the student would like, and will be structured between spoken and written tasks.
I am a relaxed teacher, as I believe that immersion in a language is the best way to learn. I won’t speak the student’s native language, and I’m keen to work out problems with students, rather than solve them myself.
