I am a student at the University of Cape Town, finishing my Honours in Gender Studies and working towards starting my Masters. I come from a Psychology background and I am very interested in health wellness and spirituality and would like to help others grow within the space. Especially those within the LGBTQ+ community.

I think it is very important in the first lesson to first understand where you are at in your own journey. From there, we can draw up a plan that is tailored to your specific needs. I would like to teach you about the importance of positive thought and the drastic changes that can be brought about when looking at health and wellness from a different perspective.
