My approach is one of making sure both the group and individual receives attention at once. It is important to be able to understand individual learning styles while teaching a class simultaneously. Being flexible and having a sense of humour is important in order to capture the interest of both the individual and the group. Preparing interactive lessons using props is a great way to draw the interest of the subject or subjects which you are teaching. There has to be a balance between group and individual work as well as a frequent amount of testing throughout the course of the teaching program to foster memory as well as discipline.
