I am alix, i am a business psychologist and have a background in sociology. I teach as I believe everyone should feel empowered to be their best selves and I want to help people do that! I hope to create a psychologically safe space to encourage learning.

I believe that to learn you must be comfortable and feel supported. I always try to explain the theoretical and then apply to real life situations. I then ask the student to explain the concept to me as though they are the teacher. I then move to exam style questions
