Hi I am a psychology student. I believe that there needs to three three vital things to be fulfilled in life, compassion, positive mentality and productive listening. Living in the present and acceptance is key to an optimistic person and to improve the fear of moving forward one needs to be sociological imaginative meaning to change habits of the past to move forward.
