About Amy
I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and I am working towards my Ph.D. in the same area. I have been tutoring students in the subject of psychology since I was an undergraduate and have taught psychology courses to high school students.

I tailor my approach to each student based on their strengths, weaknesses, and preferences. Some students will require more motivation to learn and others may need the material explained in a different way. Students may also have different goals, such as passing the class or committing the information to lasting memory so they may apply the information in the future. I provide guidance but allow students to express to me how their needs might best be met.
