About Oritseweyinmi
I am a graduate in public health and one of the skills I learnt was teaching population health to the public. Also, I have been coaching people on how to live a healthy lifestyle via fitness and diet for 1 year now. I also take virtual workout sessions for a team of 30 people.

My teaching method is based on interactions, I base my trainings on sustainability to help my students adopt new habits that they can continue to do with ease without having to feel like that are being tortoured or forced. I have been there so I understand the importance of creating and adopting into a healthy lifestyle that fits into their everyday life making it easy to learn a new behaviour and excel at it.
