About Trinity
I hold a degree in Alternative Medicine and a Master’s in Public Health, with six years of experience in health and nutrition. My background includes working in health food stores, hosting nutrition and gut diversity workshops, and providing support as a doula. As a business owner, I’m passionate about educating women and children on the importance of nutrition for lifelong wellness, focusing on practical strategies for a balanced lifestyle and improved well-being.
I have completed masters level Nutrition, Biostatistics, aFunctional Nutrition courses as well as Epidemiology, InfluencingHealthcare Policy, and more.
