I do NOT help tutees portray strengths they don't have; instead my main objective is to find out the key strengths and drivers of high performance and provide training to utilise these strengths in an organizational setting to create maximum impact.
The tutoring sessions might vary from a "situational analysis" type lecture to outdoor experiences to internalize leadership traits; this is done to ensure long-term retention of desirable leadership traits and make it habitual for the tutee to think and act in a certain (leader-like) way!
