i take an interactive class, teach through mode of various activities which encourage students to take part in class and improve their confidence and fluency as a result.
For younger students my approach is to teach them phonics first so they can read full sentence with fluency,i also encourage them to speak about different topics which allows them to think and interact it improves their thought structure and pronunciation.
