About Adebola
Few years back, I discovered what brings me the most joy but it took me years to get to this discovery. It is imparting knowledge and helping people grow.
I have worked with four multinational companies - PZ Cussons, Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, Friesland Campina, Dangote Plc and in all my roles I was instrumental to translating their big audacious organisational goals into results, by breaking it down into its simplest form, communicating it, tracking, and monitoring it. And I have seen the organisations move with X (where they are) to Y (where they want to be).

I have taught over 300 individuals on the concept of setting and achieving personal goals through my workshops, my community and a resource book I created called ‘Goal Book’. Now I teach these concepts to grow personal finances, improve productivity and move people from where they are to where they want to be.
