About Jonathan

I am a qualified Accountant, ACMA, and a graduate in Business Studies from a London University. Having worked at Board level for 3 public companies, as CFO I oversaw two separate IPOs on the London AIM market.
My career experience and academic qualifications include all aspects of Accountancy, Business Studies, Business Plans, preparing IPO documents including the Prospectus, Investment Memorandums, raising new money from Financial Institutions, negotiating Debt structures, Company Secretarial including litigation, Digital & Traditional Marketing, On-Line Digital & Tech, and Operations.
I also oversaw successful acquisitions and disposals of multiple companies (private & public) & assets, applying NPV & IRR analysis, producing detailed Financial Modelling, and handling Sales & Purchase agreements along with other completion documents.
I have been a non-Executive Director for a number of private companies, and as founder, manage a Digital Service provider.
In addition, I am a qualified TEFL 150 hour English Teacher with a focus on UK Business English.
