About Ashwin
Hello, my name is Ashwin and I am a highly skilled and experienced tutor with a passion for helping students succeed. With over 8 years of experience in Chess and Math, I have a deep understanding of the material and am able to effectively teach it to students of all ages and skill levels.
I believe that confidence is key to success, and I strive to instill confidence in my students by providing clear and concise explanations, using a variety of teaching methods, and offering personalized feedback and support.

As a chess tutor, my primary focus is on helping my students improve their chess skills and understanding of the game. To do this, I use various teaching methods and techniques, including interactive lessons, drills, and game analysis.
In a typical lesson, I will start by reviewing any homework assignments or areas of focus that the student has identified. From there, I will introduce new concepts and techniques, using a combination of verbal explanations, visual aids, and hands-on examples. I find that using a variety of teaching methods helps to keep students engaged and helps them to retain the material better.
One of the things that sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to adapt my teaching style to each student's needs and learning style. I understand that not all students learn in the same way, and I strive to find the most effective methods for each of my students.
