About Katy
My journey into Pilates was deeply personal. Having faced my own battles with injuries and the challenges they brought, I found profound healing and transformation through Pilates. Through Pilates, I discovered not just physical strength and flexibility, but also a deeper connection between mind and body.
This experience has inspired me to specialise in helping others navigate their own paths to recovery and wellness.
I am currently furthering my education is psychology and counselling. I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection and the profound impact it has on our overall health.
My approach integrates the understanding that trauma and stress are often stored in the body, affecting our movement, posture, and well-being. By addressing both the physical and emotional aspects, I strive to help clients achieve a balanced state of health and vitality.
