About Tajudeen
I am a passionate British educator and the incoming Head of Year 11 at the Royal Grammar School Dubai, where I have been entrusted with leading the school's first ever Year 11 cohort. Throughout my career, I have been driven by one simple belief: every student is capable of achieving exceptional things when they are challenged, supported and genuinely believed in.
Building meaningful relationships with young people has always been at the heart of my teaching. Students know that I will encourage them, challenge them and never allow them to settle for less than their very best. By creating a positive, respectful and ambitious learning environment, I help students develop the confidence to take risks, ask questions and embrace new challenges.
I am especially passionate about communication and oracy, empowering students to express themselves with confidence, think critically and communicate with purpose. My enthusiasm, energy and high expectations inspire students to engage fully in their learning, while my calm, approachable nature ensures they always feel supported along the way.
Whether working with students, mentoring colleagues or leading teams, I strive to leave people more confident, more capable and more ambitious than when we first met. That same philosophy underpins every tutoring session I deliver.

Every student deserves a teacher who believes in them before they believe in themselves. That belief sits at the heart of every lesson I teach.
As the incoming Head of Year 11 at the Royal Grammar School Dubai and an experienced British English teacher, I combine expert subject knowledge with an approach built on trust, challenge and genuine relationships. I firmly believe that students learn best when they feel valued, understood and inspired, and building those relationships has become one of the defining features of my teaching.
My lessons are engaging, energetic and carefully tailored to the needs of every learner. Whether we are preparing for GCSE English Language or Literature, refining essay writing, strengthening analytical skills or improving spoken English, every lesson has a clear purpose and measurable outcomes.
One of my greatest passions is developing confident communicators. Through a strong focus on oracy, I help students become articulate speakers, thoughtful readers and skilled writers who can express themselves with clarity and confidence, both inside and outside the classroom.
Beyond examination success, I want every student to leave believing they are capable of more than they imagined. My aim is not simply to improve grades, but to inspire confidence, raise aspirations and equip young people with the skills to thrive long after they leave my classroom.
Students leave my lessons better than they arrived: more knowledgeable, more articulate, more confident and more ambitious.
