After struggling with the ACA CAP 2 Financial Reporting exam I reached out to Colm to see if he would be able to help me. Although I had a good base knowledge my confidence was in the gutter after a few failed attempts. For context, I am the only trainee in my company and do not know any other trainees so my pool of peers was myself. During our sessions Colm took the time to discuss what I was doing right or wrong with standards and exam style questions. It was evident that his goal was for me to succeed which is exactly what happened the next time I took the CAP 2 Financial Reporting exam. Colm helped me tremendously with tutoring me for a Financial Accounting exam. He got me from a fail grade to a high 2.1 grade and taught me how to understand accounting instead of just learning off the method.
