About Dayna
Hello! My name is Dayna, and I am from New Zealand! I have 5 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and am passionate about creating empowering, motivating and fun educational environments with equal opportunities for all children (or beginner adults!). I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in your English learning journey! I love being creative and trying new things and some of my hobbies include reading, painting, knitting, line dancing and swimming at the beach. I also love travelling with my most recent adventure taking me around Europe.

I bring a strong understanding of foundational learning and development, allowing me to support students in a patient, encouraging, and effective way. My goal as an online English tutor is to create a positive space where learners feel empowered to grow and learn. I will teach English vocabulary and grammar, reading and writing skills and pronunciation through conversations about common colours, shapes, likes, dislikes, animals etc. Length of a lesson: 60 minutes Qualifications: Bachelor of Teaching, endorsed in Early Childhood Education Level and age: Typically 3-18, beginner to advanced. I am also able to cater to adults at a more beginner level.
