I’m Maryam, a qualified English teacher with QTS certification and 2 years of classroom experience in secondary schools. I’m passionate about teaching English Literature and helping students uncover the beauty of the English language.

-Encourage active participation, questions, and open discussions to foster a deeper understanding of the subject.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
-Lessons generally span between 1 to 2 hours, allowing flexibility based on the material's complexity and the students' needs. This allows for in-depth discussions and thorough exploration of topics.
Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor:
- QTS / PGCE teaching qualification
- 2 years classroom teaching experience
-I possess a comprehensive understanding of English Literature through extensive reading and data-driven learning.
-I have worked previously with many students for online tutoring ensuring that they receive the grades that they need to pass their exams !
-From personal experience I have received Grade 8 in both my English literature/ language papers during my GCSE qualification. As well as this, I always went on to study English literature for A level where I also received an A.

-Secondary school students, specifically those aged 14-16, preparing for exams or seeking to improve their comprehension and analytical skills in English Literature.
