Having worked in a TES award winning English department at a high performing school, I am a dedicated and experienced English Teacher. Experience of successfully motivating staff and students to get better results has broadened my knowledge of teaching techniques and strategies to get better results. I was responsible for devising a comprehensive learning programme specifically tailored to the individual requirements of each student.
I was also involved in a number of extra curricular groups such as our pathway to excellence club: a group designed for our highest performing students to help stretch them and develop their personal creative writing style and oracy skills.
