My teaching methodology is to evaluate each student of mine and base my lessons on their level of understanding. I will start off with simple easy flash cards, charts and pictures for the beginner students and move on to reading materials with the advanced students. I will also use newspapers articles, as well as short movies, interesting games and lots of fun themes to go along with the lesson.
