About Millie
I am a friendly and approachable English teacher who has worked with a variety of students, including those with English as an additional language or with particular learning needs.
I hold a first-class undergraduate in German and a PGCE in Secondary English, both from a Russell Group university. I am also DBS checked.
I have previously tutored English literature and English as a foreign language, and have taught AQA and EDEXCEL English Lang and Lit extensively. (I also studied CIE Lang, so I can make that work too!).

Don't want to get rusty over the summer? I am a qualified English teacher with 2+ years of experience both in the classroom and in private tuition, helping students to boost their confidence alongside their grades! I can design my sessions around the needs and strengths of each student, allowing them to set and meet personal goals.
I have a background in supporting non-English speakers and pride myself on creating a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
