I am qualified Bcom graduate with majors in Accounting, Business management and Financial management. I am also a qualified lecturer, assessor, facilitator and moderator. I have experience as a Financial and Mangament Accountant, Small Business Officer, Entrepreneur with own businesses, Lecturer in various business subjects. I also am an Instructor and Assessor in Health and Safety courses and Risk Management.

I start with a diagnostic assessment with learners, to determine their level of understanding and practical application ability. My teaching method is application driven, with continuous assessment. Usually group teaching with an emphasis on sharing embedded knowledge between groups, with practical applications and a final summative assessment. I facilitate the whole learning process thus guiding the learners to the outcomes.
