About Dawn
I studied both French and Spanish in Paris, Canterbury and Swansea and also worked in France and Spain for short periods, to improve my fluency and experience the culture.
I then did my PGCE qualification to become a Modern Foreign Language Teacher at secondary school level. I taught French and Spanish up to A Level in a school, for several years, and have now been teaching privately for over 10 years. I offer lessons via Skype, or from my home in Hounslow, West London.

Some students come to me to supplement school lessons, and benefit from one to one sessions to boost oral skills, or work on problematic grammar areas. I also guide home educated students through the whole course. I work with any syllabus or exam board, and can tailor the tuition to individual requirements. I am also an exam marker, so I can offer tips on how to reach higher grades, or improve on your current outlook.
I am good at gauging a student's interest/engagement levels. I try to break lessons up into manageable chunks that will keep their focus and confidence up.
