About Ruth
I am from Dublin Ireland. I am 25 years old and I have been living in Manchester for the past year completing my teaching qualification. I previously completed a masters in physiotherapy however decided that teaching was always the career I wanted to pursue.
I love sports especially water sports and running. I traveled around Australia and New Zealand for 8 months after I graduated from my undergraduate.
I am really keen to help the incoming university students and help them pursue their desires for the future!

My personal approach to teaching and online tutoring always involves the student at the heart of the lesson. I never want to just talk at the student but rather have a conversation and develop an understanding of the topic at hand through their particular interests and queries in order to allow the student to fully comprehend the topic. I love to make my lessons as engaging as possible with a variety of different resources and games to improve engagement and memory recall.
