About Megan
I love teaching and seeing that moment on a student's face when they just ‘get it’. I am incredibly patient and ensure my students feel at ease at all times; you’re only likely to learn when you feel comfortable. I have helped students achieve a wide range of grades, from in-depth subject knowledge coverage and analytical writing skills for those aiming for a grade 9, to perfecting the basics to achieve their grade 4 and 5. I’m happy to stretch and challenge all students to the best of their ability, and tailor lessons to match up with areas of development.

I have a clear approach at teaching History, and work adaptively and flexibly to suit the students' needs and their personal targets at GCSE History. My experience in the classroom and current practice means that I am equipped with a wide range of resources at my fingertips to support students in their practice. I also have experience in teaching both Edexcel and AQA History, so understand the specifications and exam requirements of both boards.
