About Cherrelle
I currently work in a school as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, where I support children of different ages and abilities every day. I'm also in the middle of completing my HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) qualification. Through my work, I have developed a strong understanding of how children learn and the importance of creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where every child can succeed. I wanted to become a tutor because I love helping children build their confidence and achieve their goals. I know that learning can sometimes feel challenging, and I believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn in a way that works best for them. Seeing a child overcome a difficulty, gain confidence, and feel proud of their achievements is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

As someone who works closely with children, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and celebrating progress, no matter how small. I believe that every student learns differently, which is why I tailor my tutoring sessions to suit each individual's strengths, interests, and learning style. My aim is to create a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing confidence in their English skills.
