I am a fully qualified Mathematics Teacher working at a North Yorkshire Secondary. My teaching is based on the idea of 'teaching for mastery' where students build a depth of knowledge in Mathematics. This is a method put forward by the National Centre for Excellency in Teaching Maths (NCETM) and is shown to improve student results.
Lessons will consist of demonstrations, worked examples and independent practice for the student. This will take an hour.
I am able to tutor students in KS3, GCSE and A-Level maths.
