About Louise
In total, I have been teaching for nearly 10 years now!
I initially completed my degree in Education studies, with a specialism in speech and language difficulties. I followed this with a year of working is a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant leading a small class of children, while completing a diploma in Therapeutic play. I have worked continually (bar Maternity Leave) since finishing my PGCE. I am currently studying to qualify as a Montessori specialist teacher, and complete my Forest School Training in May. I am also planning on completing my Masters in Child Led Learning next year.

I’m a qualified Primary & Early Years teacher, with 10 years experience supporting pupils learning needs to help them achieve their potential. I have worked with children in mainstream education, as well as supported children with additional needs, those for whom mainstream education doesn't suit, and home-schooled children who need extra input.
I have a passion for helping children and adults find their love of learning, and using their interests and abilities to drive their progress. My aim is to make a little bit of difference to help spark pupils’ understanding of something that may challenge them.
My teaching approach varied per student, I think its most important to find out how each pupil learns best, and use that to challenge and excite their learning.
