About Madelyn
I have a BSc in human physiology, psychology and genetics and am in my second year of the Bachelor of Health Science in Emergency Medical Care. I am a Cross Trainer at heart, but love doing normal bodybuilding training, and running and swimming. I train 6 days a week and sometimes twice a day. I take nutrition seriously and love helping people reach their fitness goals.
